GyanTQ offers online tutoring for children of Nepalese families living overseas. We help students stay connected to their native language and culture, and also support their academic development in math. Our services include:

• Language and math lessons delivered online through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms from qualified and experienced teachers.
• Scheduling options available through curriculum-based or package-based models, thoughtfully tailored to align with learner preferences.
• Instruction is offered through group-based learning to strengthen outcomes, foster peer interaction, and achieve collective goals, or through individualized teaching tailored to each learner’s unique needs and pace.

To use our services, you must:

• Be a parent or legal guardian enrolling a child under the age of 18
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Ensure that the student attends sessions in a safe and appropriate environment

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use your account only for lawful and intended purposes

• Sessions are conducted live via Zoom, Google Meet, or other approved tools and will be recorded by us.
• Teachers and groups are matched based on the students' subject and availability
• Sessions are scheduled in advance and must begin on time
• We do not allow unauthorized sharing or recording of sessions without prior consent from GyanTQ.
• A replacement teacher will be assigned in case the running teacher quits or has to take leave

• All sessions must be paid for in advance
• Pricing is clearly listed on our platform, and we will notify you of any future changes

We strive to maintain a transparent, fair, and flexible learning environment while ensuring efficient scheduling and quality service delivery.

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be treated as a completed session and may not be eligible for refund or replacement, except in cases of contingency situations approved by GyanTQ.
• If a teacher becomes unavailable, GyanTQ will make reasonable efforts to:
  • reschedule the session to a mutually convenient time, or
  • assign a qualified replacement teacher.

• All session packages must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.
• Unused sessions remaining after the validity period may expire automatically and may not qualify for refund or extension unless otherwise approved by GyanTQ.

• GyanTQ shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

• Teachers are carefully selected for their language expertise and teaching experience
• While we try to maintain consistency, teacher assignments may change due to availability
• You will be notified in advance if a change is necessary

• Lessons are delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent services
• You agree to comply with the terms of those platforms
• We are not liable for technical issues, software failures, or outages caused by third-party services

All users are expected to:

• Treat teachers and staff with respect
• Ensure a safe, quiet, and distraction-free learning environment for the student
• Refrain from inappropriate behavior or language during sessions
• Not record, broadcast, or share sessions without written consent
• Student must turn on their video while attending the session

All content on our platform, including learning materials, branding, videos, and written content, is the property of GyanTQ or its licensors. It may not be copied, shared, or reused without our permission.

We are not liable for:

• Internet or equipment issues on the user's side
• Missed or incomplete sessions due to user unavailability
• Any loss or damages outside of our direct control
• Any third-party service issues related to Zoom, Google Meet, or other tools

We respect your privacy. Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the changes on this page. Your continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal Government, without regard to conflict of law principles.
