• Language and math lessons delivered online through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
• Qualified native-speaking teachers from the family's country of origin
• Session-based or package-based scheduling based on user preferences
• Individualized instruction to support student needs and goals

To use our services, you must:

• Be a parent or legal guardian enrolling a child under the age of 18
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Ensure that the student attends sessions in a safe and appropriate environment

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use your account only for lawful and intended purposes

• Sessions are one-on-one and conducted live via Zoom, Google Meet, or other approved tools
• Teachers are matched based on the student's native language, subject, and availability
• Sessions are scheduled in advance and must begin on time
• We do not allow unauthorized sharing or recording of sessions
• A replacement teacher will be assigned in case the running teacher quits or has to take leave for more than one class

• All sessions must be paid for in advance
• You may purchase sessions individually or in discounted packages
• Pricing is clearly listed on our platform, and we will notify you of any future changes

We aim to be transparent, fair, and flexible. Please read this section carefully:

• Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be counted as a used session unless due to documented emergencies
• If a teacher is unavailable, we will either reschedule the session or provide a replacement teacher

• If no sessions in a package have been used, a full refund will be issued upon request within 7 business days
• If some sessions were used, we offer a prorated refund for unused sessions
• Refunds do not require assignment completion or minimum attendance
• All refund requests must be submitted by email to info@gyantq.com

• Teachers are carefully selected for their language expertise, teaching experience, and cultural background
• While we try to maintain consistency, teacher assignments may change due to availability
• You will be notified in advance if a change is necessary

• Lessons are delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent services
• You agree to comply with the terms of those platforms
• We are not liable for technical issues, software failures, or outages caused by third-party services

All users are expected to:

• Treat teachers and staff with respect
• Ensure a safe, quiet, and distraction-free learning environment for the student
• Refrain from inappropriate behavior or language during sessions
• Not record, broadcast, or share sessions without written consent
• Student must turn on their video while attending the session

All content on our platform, including learning materials, branding, videos, and written content, is the property of GyanTQ.com or its licensors. It may not be copied, shared, or reused without our permission.

We are not liable for:

• Internet or equipment issues on the user's side
• Missed or incomplete sessions due to user unavailability
• Any loss or damages outside of our direct control
• Any third-party service issues related to Zoom, Google Meet, or other tools

We respect your privacy. Your data will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the changes on this page. Your continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal Government, without regard to conflict of law principles.
